Since childhood, I have been fascinated about how humans act and interact, and I have spent my entire career and education devoted to understanding, predicting, and influencing behavior to help individuals and organizations succeed.

I take a holistic and customized approach, which integrates various assessments, tools and modalities, to address the unique needs, objectives and concerns of my clients.

Individual
Psychotherapy

I'm a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I support clients using various modalities, tools and approaches including CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy), Relational Therapy,  Person-Centred, etc.

 Executive Coaching

With over 20+ years of experience in various roles, within the corporate and business environment, I coach professionals, executives, and leaders to be more successful in their desired impact and goals, including adopting more productive beliefs, behaviours, attitudes, and perspectives.

Psychometric Assessments

As an experienced Industrial-Organizational Psychometric Assessor & Consultant, I use various types of assessments (including self-reported questionnaires, multi-rater 360's, and simulations) to increase client's self-awareness, including identifying areas of strengths, needs, and growth. These assessments are used by individuals and/or organizations in selection, succession planing, leadership development, career navigation, and team building.

Hypnosis

As a trained and certified  Hypnotherapist, I use deep relaxation and slowed breathing to enhance client's receptivity to suggestions on a subconscious level that supports them in achieving their desired goals and changes. Hypnosis when part of psychotherapy sessions can be exponentially more helpful and effective.
